I set out to make a pedal that was dedicated to Black Women's hair and haircare, and out came the press and curl, a wah/delay pedal.  I took a can of Royal Crown Hair Grease and used it to create the color scheme for the pedal. The printed fabric on the top of the pedal and bag are from a Black woman in Kentucky, and is hand stitched by me. 
 
The pedal is a wah/delay pedal, where your foot movement controls the length or strength of delay effect. Rather than turning the delay length knob on a traditional delay pedal and turning it to get spaceship effects, you can just move your foot. You can have just wah, just delay or have both effects on at the same time. The pedal has controls for the delay length, mix, feedback, and high frequency feed back. You can also select whether to control the delay length or the delay amount with your foot movement.
